Come Back to Yourself: Breath, Rest & Loving Kindness

In the middle of everything life asks of us, it can be easy to lose touch with the body, the breath, and our own need for support.

This beginner-friendly virtual community practice invites you to pause, soften, and return to yourself with care.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • grounding practices to help your body feel supported

  • breathwork for noticing and cultivating your energy

  • gentle movement to release tension without pressure

  • restorative rest to help the body settle

  • loving kindness meditation to support self-compassion

  • a short guided rest practice inspired by Yoga Nidra

This is not about doing yoga perfectly; It is about creating space for your body to breathe, rest, and reconnect.

No prior yoga experience is needed. You are welcome to practice from a mat, chair, couch, bed, or wherever your body can receive support. Cameras are optional.

Space is limited to 15 participants to help keep the practice quiet, spacious, and supportive.
