Guided rest practices for times of stress, uncertainty, transition, and renewal.
These practices are offered as a place to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Begin with what is here. Return whenever you need support.
Set it down. Unfold. Live well.
Rest for the world we’re living in.
A Practice for This Moment is a growing space for breath, rest, gentle movement, reflection, and guided practices that meet us in the real conditions of our lives.
Here you’ll find free Yoga Nidra recordings, therapeutic yoga practices, seasonal resets, and community offerings created to support your nervous system, your spirit, and your capacity to keep living with clarity, care, and truth.
You do not need yoga experience. You do not need to do this perfectly. You only need a quiet enough place to listen, rest, and let yourself receive what feels supportive.
Practice Library
Free guided rest for when you need a place to land.
These recordings are here whenever you need rest, steadiness, or a gentle way back to yourself. Choose what supports you, settle in with what you have, and return whenever you need.
Before you listen
Choose a place where you can rest without needing to be fully alert.
Lie down or sit with support. A blanket, pillow, or eye covering may help.
You are welcome to move, adjust, open your eyes, or pause the recording at any time.
If visualization does not feel natural, simply stay with your breath, the sound of the voice, or the support beneath you.
