Teach Your Truth
Guided rest practices for times of stress, uncertainty, transition, and renewal.
These practices are offered as a place to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Begin with what is here. Return whenever you need support.
Set it down. Unfold. Live well.
A Practice for This Moment is a growing space for breath, rest, gentle movement, reflection, and guided practices that meet us in the real conditions of our lives.
Here you’ll find free Yoga Nidra recordings, therapeutic yoga practices, seasonal resets, and community offerings created to support your nervous system, your spirit, and your capacity to keep living with clarity, care, and truth.
You do not need yoga experience. You do not need to do this perfectly. You only need a quiet enough place to listen, rest, and let yourself receive what feels supportive.
