At Teach Your Truth Wellness, I help individuals, families, and organizations cultivate sustainable health, resilience, and clarity through therapeutic yoga and whole-person wellness practices.

I am a certified therapeutic yoga teacher currently completing advanced yoga therapy training under professional supervision.

Before entering the therapeutic yoga field, I spent years designing learning experiences that helped adults navigate complex systems, develop new skills, and create meaningful change in their lives and work.
Over time, I noticed something important.
Even when people had the right information, many were still exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies.
As someone who has navigated chronic pain, burnout, and loss, I knew that knowledge alone wasn’t enough.
People needed practices that supported the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system.
Yoga therapy became the bridge.
Today my work focuses on helping people set down what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate sustainable well-being through therapeutic yoga and nervous system support.
