
Join us for a 75-minute gentle movement and rest experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften what has been held, and make room for ease, joy, and inner freedom.
In this practice, we’ll explore inner freedom as something we can feel in small, embodied ways: through breath, movement, choice, softness, rhythm, and rest.
This experience will include accessible grounding, gentle movement, somatic release, restorative pauses, and guided relaxation
You can participate from a bed, couch, chair, or yoga mat. Cameras are optional, and everything is invitational.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
Space is limited to 15 participants to help keep the practice quiet, spacious, and supportive.
