Therapeutic Yoga Support for Your Patients & Clients

Your clients may benefit if they are experiencing:

  • Chronic stress, burnout, or anxiety

  • Persistent pain or fatigue

  • Support with healthy aging or functional mobility

  • Sleep challenges

  • Adjustment to illness or life transitions

  • Difficulty with self-care or health behavior change needs

Why Integrate Therapeutic Yoga?

Therapeutic yoga is individualized, trauma-informed, and client-directed. Unlike a general yoga class, it:

  • Respects clinical boundaries and complements ongoing care

  • Supports nervous system regulation and stress resilience

  • Builds mind-body awareness and self-regulation skills

  • Integrates practices that clients can safely use between sessions

  • Offers culturally responsive care for diverse populations

Clients often report improved stress management, reduced pain flares, enhanced daily functioning, and a greater sense of self-efficacy.

Simple, Ethical, and Structured Collaboration

I provide clear frameworks for working with healthcare and mental health providers.

Collaborative Care Process

Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Intake

Screen, discuss client needs, consent, and service agreement

Phase 2: Assessment & Care Plan Development

Individualized sessionplan

Phase 3: Ongoing Sessions & Support

Structured practices, guided sessions, check-ins

Phase 4: Review & Transition

Track progress, update plan, maintain boundaries

All communication occurs with client consent. Services are complementary, non-diagnostic, and fully within therapeutic scope.

How Sessions Are Offered

Sessions may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the client's needs, preferences, and accessibility.

Virtual Sessions

  • Offered via a secure video platform

  • Clients participate from home

  • Ideal for consistency, mobility needs, or distance

In-Person Sessions
(By Conversation)

  • Private home studio in Maryland

  • Outdoor spaces like Brookside Gardens or backyard (weather permitting)

  • Client home or office visits, when appropriate

Referring a Client Is Simple

  • Providers may introduce yoga therapy as a complementary, non-diagnostic support for a number of reasons, including nervous system regulation, chronic pain, stress, or trauma-informed care.

  • Clients self-initiate services directly through my website.

  • If collaboration becomes appropriate for complex cases, written client consent is obtained prior to any communication.

No formal referral paperwork is required.

Collaborate With a Network Committed to Whole-Person Care

I am building a collaborative network of healthcare and wellness professionals who:

  • Share referral resources for holistic care

  • Support continuity of care across disciplines

  • Consider social determinants of health, geographic access, and virtual service availability

Providers can join to create reciprocal referral relationships, attend educational sessions, and access ongoing collaboration opportunities.
